Project Manager AOS Change Management (m/f/x)

For the position of Project Manager AOS Change Management at our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Nordenham, we are looking for a committed personality with good communication and presentation skills, a high level of initiative and a sense of responsibility. Contribute your strengths and actively support change processes in a dynamic aviation environment.

The maximum gross annual salary is between €73,000 and a maximum of €76,000, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider applicants who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Realisation of the AOS roadmap and support with the introduction in the specialist departments
  • Supporting managers in the implementation of AOS routines and methods (e.g. Brick)
  • Conducting AOS training courses and workshops (e.g. 5S, ISPP, analogue learning path)
  • Participation in management routines such as GEMBA Walks, Structured Feedback and Control Meetings
  • Sharing best practices within the plant to promote continuous improvement
  • Monitoring and analysing relevant AOS performance metrics to optimise progress
  • Tracking of Kaizen points and collaboration on Kaizen projects (e.g. tool concepts, layouts)
  • Planning and implementation of method training (e.g. PPS, 5-Why) for employees

Qualification

  • Completed studies in the field of aerospace, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical degree programme
  • Alternatively, completed technical vocational training with further training as a technician or business administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of change management, aerospace and process improvement
  • Sound expertise in change management, KAIZEN, continuous improvement (CIP) and lean management
  • Knowledge of the Airbus Operating System (AOS) is an advantage
  • Good IT user knowledge, especially in dealing with Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English, at least C1 level
  • Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU
