Tasks

Creating and coordinating project structure, schedule, and milestone plans
Reviewing project progress and deriving and coordinating corrective measures
Offer calculation including risk assessment and determination of calculation data
Contract review including comparison with the offer and adjustment of planning in case of deviations
Planning and execution of project completions, including contract and warranty management
Independent representation of the Material Services department before PMO & Finance
Short-term support for the Tactical Aircraft Support Management (TASM) team in operational tasks

Qualification

Completed degree in business administration, economics, or comparable field
Several years of professional experience in controlling and finance
Knowledge of financial planning processes and operational experience in customer support required
Very good knowledge of MS Office required; SAP knowledge an advantage
Business fluent English (at least C1) and German skills an advantage
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
