Tasks

• Managing the BFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment) process from kick-off to final aircraft delivery
• Ensuring on-time and quality-compliant provision of BFE part lists to airline customers
• Overseeing and coordinating order management by airline and leasing customers
• Identifying and assessing risks in development, supply chain and product quality, and deriving mitigation measures
• Supporting engineering and production teams in timely delivery and integration of BFE components
• Monitoring supplier performance and providing weekly reports on project progress
• Contributing to strategic projects aimed at improving BFE management processes
• Managing and maintaining relevant data in internal systems

Qualification

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Logistics / Supply Chain Management (minimum Bachelor's level)
• Several years of professional experience in supplier management, aerospace industry, supply chain and product development
• Solid knowledge of project and risk management, ideally with experience in data management
• Proficiency in Taksy, Gesy, Tesy and Google Workspace
• Very good German and English skills (min. C1); French or Spanish is a plus
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
