Tasks

• Developing and converting catering facilities, vending machine stations, stores and bistros, marketing them and accompanying the change process with marketing and communication tools
• Managing services, projects and concepts in the area of catering as well as process optimizations
• Managing the agreed targets and customer requirements in the right time, quality and costs - in the event of deviations, developing and implementing independent compensatory measures
• Managing and improving service and supplier performance to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and costs
• Controlling the service providers through daily, weekly, monthly, annual KPIs (indicators) as well as the development and maintenance of supplier reports
• Independent analysis of the monthly financial report and comparison with the contractual supplier key figures in order to continuously optimize the performance of the contract
• Independent preparation of decision templates for management as well as the preparation of make or buy analyses and corresponding evaluations to support this and presentation in management rounds
• Supply chain management in the area of catering with the support of the site FM managers

Qualification

• Completed Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, process improvement and contract management
• Experience in personnel management and basic knowledge of process management
• Further qualifications in the catering environment, budget management and HACCP
• Business fluent in German and English
• IT knowledge in Google Workspace
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
