Tasks

Control of configuration management processes within complex aviation projects
Maintenance of product structures in product data management (PDM)
Responsible for data and documentation management as well as configuration verification
Coordination of construction statuses and manufacturing data
Coordination with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and partner companies
Creation and optimization of ISO-compliant process descriptions and plans
Management of operational activities and participation in Configuration Control Boards (CCB)
Support with audits and internal training on KM processes and tools

Qualification

Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
Several years of experience in project management and configuration management
Knowledge of technical documentation and release management is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office and SAP, ideally experience with Jira, Confluence, and Windchill
Business fluent German (at least C1), advanced English skills (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
