Project Manager Construction Management (m/f/x)

As an experienced Project Manager in Civil Engineering, you will be involved in designing highly complex industrial plants and infrastructure projects for our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder. The gross annual salary is between €71,500 and €74,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

Achieving the project goals (time, scope, costs, quality) in accordance with internal and external specifications
Definition and management of the project team including cross-functional collaboration
Integration of experience gained for continuous improvement
Risk management and identification and utilisation of opportunities
Effective management of partners and suppliers
Creating and monitoring the cost overview across all project phases

Coordination of authorisations and communication with authorities

Qualification

Degree in civil engineering, engineering or construction project management
Several years of experience in construction management and project management as well as initial experience in project management
Experience in project and construction management of industrial plants, industrial infrastructure and industrial buildings is essential
Good knowledge of project management, experience with Airbus an advantage
Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Google Workspace
Business fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 8 times a year for one week each)

Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
