We are looking for a committed Project Manager / Coordinator A320 Cabin & Cargo for our client Airbus Operations GmbH at the Hamburg Finkenwerder site. The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualifications, between €73,000 and a maximum of €78,000. Please note that we can only consider candidates who hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

Project planning and coordination with regard to timelines, budget, scope and quality
Formation and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, including collaboration with engineering and program management
Development of work breakdown structures and derivation of clear, measurable milestones
Reporting and monitoring of project progress, including risk and opportunity management
Provision of qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making processes
Responsibility for technical change management as well as process and tool landscape
Identification and communication of dependencies, delays and risks

Qualification

Completed degree in engineering or industrial engineering (minimum technician or certified business administrator)
Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an engineering environment
Initial experience in engineering, preferably in the aviation industry
Familiarity with agile project methodology and ideally with cabin & cargo topics
Confident use of Google Workspace
Business fluent German and English skills (each at least C1)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
