Project Manager Customer Support at Airbus (m/f/x)

On behalf of our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for a Customer Support Project Manager for the NH90 at the Donauwörth site as soon as possible. Tasks

  • Act as a point of contact for support and service activities within the NH90 program for Italy and Qatar
  • Coordinate and manage individual support and service packages
  • Organize the deployment of technicians to customer sites
  • Monitor contractually defined milestones and delivery obligations
  • Develop and implement actions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with partner companies

Qualification

  • Completed university degree in Project Management, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, International Management, or Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of aerospace, project management, supply chain, quality management, technical documentation, contract management, or process planning
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English (minimum C1) and good French skills (minimum B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel
  • CV in English is required
