Tasks

• Process assurance - ensuring the correct application of processes in accordance with company guidelines
• Customer enquiries - processing and responding to customer enquiries in support of third party design changes
• Quotation and order management - managing customer enquiries through to quotation submission and processing and delivery of orders through to invoicing
• Engineering Data Provision Service - managing and optimising according to internal guidelines and processes
• Data provision - ensuring cost- and quality-orientated access to relevant data
• Profitability calculations - development and further development of profitability analyses to optimise the business process
• Strategy development - contributing to the further development of the strategy and the Engineering Data Provision Service (EDPS) business process and protecting intellectual property
• Compliance & Reportingm - Tracking potential abuse cases with relevant stakeholders and creating and maintaining overviews and reports

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in project management, industrial engineering or business administration
• Several years of experience in customer service or aerospace as well as initial experience in process improvement
• Knowledge of data generation is mandatory, basic knowledge of project and process management as well as configuration management
• Initial experience with SAP, Taksy / Gesy / Tesy and Google Workspace
• Advanced knowledge of German and business fluent English
• Analytical skills, independent, structured and results-orientated way of working and strong communication skills
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
