Tasks

• Project coordination and management – responsibility for scheduling, coordinating and managing projects to ensure their successful completion
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes – investigating complex business requirements and processes and developing recommendations for simplification and automation
• Solution finding – identifying and comparing optimized solutions, based on best practices from other areas of Airbus where applicable
• Data analysis and KPI presentation – Responsibility for analyzing data and presenting relevant KPIs to measure performance
• Creation of customer-oriented documentation – documentation of current challenges, future requirements and potential benefits for customers
• Project work on tool implementations – Supporting the introduction of new tools and technologies to improve work processes

Qualification

• Completed studies in computer science, engineering, or industrial engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of IT / information systems, project management and process improvement
• Required expertise in the area of data management
• Knowledge of databases desirable
• Experience in the application of agile project methods is an advantage
• Detailed user knowledge with SAP and Google Workspace, know-how with SAP S/4 Hana and Master Data Governance an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English
• Valid work permit for the EU
