Tasks

Coordination of subcontractors and partner companies involved in the military sector
Ensuring the processing of customer orders and repair orders
Monitoring and analyzing customer KPIs and deriving measures
Defining and tracking customer action plans for performance improvement
Developing and implementing logistics strategies for service optimization
Processing customer complaints and clarifying them in a timely manner
Implementing process improvements and automation

Qualification

Completed degree in business administration, international management or a comparable field of study
Alternatively: Completed commercial training with further education (e.g., Bachelor Professional) and relevant professional experience
Several years of professional experience in purchasing, finance, IT, marketing, project management and sales
Advanced German and English skills (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
