Tasks

• Management and implementation of digitization and standardization projects in Manufacturing Engineering, in particular in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and SAP ME, including training and end-user support
• Identification, coordination and control of interfaces between project participants to ensure efficient cooperation
• Coordination and monitoring of sub-projects in Manufacturing Engineering to meet quality, schedule and cost targets
• Creation of detailed project specifications and definition of service content in coordination with internal departments
• Coordination and documentation of service descriptions and project status with regard to quality, Development, analysis and presentation of project effort and resource planning to ensure structured implementation
• Identification of project risks and implementation of risk minimization measures to avoid project delays or cost increases
• Promotion and implementation of process standards and continuous improvement processes within the Manufacturing Engineering organization to increase efficiency

Qualification

• Completed studies, technician or specialist in the fields of engineering, technical studies, industrial engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, project management and digitization processes are an advantage
• Good knowledge of process management
• In-depth user knowledge of Google Workspace and SAP
• Proficient German skills
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
