Tasks

• Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource and quality data to ensure project transparency and control
• Planning and scheduling of projects in terms of time frame, scope, costs and quality, e.g. by creating a work breakdown structure
• Responsibility for risk and opportunity management to identifyand mitigate risks and simultaneously exploit opportunities
• Tracking and monitoring of project phases and corresponding reporting to ensure project progress and adherence to milestones
• Configuration control and change management in relation to contract data to ensure consistency between contract and actual execution
• Responsible for process and tool management to optimize workflows and use efficient tools
• Provision of quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision-making during the course of the project
• Highlighting dependencies, delays and risks to project management for timely problem identification and resolution

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in project management, industrial engineering, economics or a technical degree
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Good knowledge of change management, process management and stakeholder management as well as basic knowledge of risk management
• Knowledge of agile methods and Airbus experience an advantage
• Experience in data analysis is essential
• Very good MS Office skills and knowledge of Google AppSheet, Skywise knowledge an advantage
• Possession of a valid work permit for the EU (no student visa)
