Tasks

• Achieve project goals: Ensure time, scope, cost and quality to the satisfaction of the customer, according to internal and external specifications
• Define and build a project team: Establishing the team structure and promoting collaboration in matrix organisations
• Risk management: Proactively identifying, analysing and managing risks and opportunities during the course of the project
• Project tracking and reporting: Monitoring progress and regular reporting on project phases
• Communication with partners and suppliers: Ensuring transparent and effective communication with all relevant partners (e.g. paint manufacturers)

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a painter / varnisher (at least master craftsman) or studies in chemistry, engineering, international management or economics (at least technician / business administrator)
• Several years of professional experience in interface management and project management, especially in the field of surface protection
• Sound knowledge of change management and risk management
• Experience in working with Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
• Quick analysis of interrelationships and functionalities, as well as a structured way of working to efficiently achieve goals
• Strong communication skills and experience in working with contacts at all levels
