Project Manager System Development and Control (m/f/x)

Do you have a degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering and several years of experience in project management? As a Project Manager for System Development and Control at our customer HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH in Ulm, you will manage system development projects, coordinate internal and external resources and ensure quality through precise time and cost management. With your expertise in the development of complex systems and radar systems, you will drive product improvement through the use of innovative technologies.

The gross annual salary is approximately €78,800. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Planning and controlling system development - requirements, design, analysis, acceptance and problem reports
  • Project planning of work packages and components for efficient development
  • Coordination of internal development services with interfaces to purchasing, quality and production
  • Implementing efficient resource management to optimise project resources
  • Time and cost management with precise tracking of development progress
  • Management of external development services for successful project results
  • Carrying out reviews in the development process for quality assurance
  • Offer support and customer meetings with precise cost estimates
  • Collaboration in continuous product improvement through the use of the latest technologies, such as AI, to ensure innovative strength

Qualification

  • Degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable qualification (at least a Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in the relevant field as well as experience in project management, ideally in development projects
  • Experience in the development of complex systems
  • Experience in the development of radar systems is an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills (detailed specialised knowledge required)
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • A valid work permit for the European Union (not a student visa)
  • Strong communication skills to ensure a smooth flow of information
