Tasks

• Processing of customer inquiries and orders, including quotation preparation, invoicing and post-calculation
• Project controlling and reporting, including kick-off and review meetings with customers
• Commercial management of subcontracted services and coordination with internal departments
• Preparation of quotations including costing and pricing, also for more complex requests
• Acting as interface to customers (Key Account Management, Customer Support, end customers)
• Support in contract management and ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement processes
• Maintenance of the customer database and creation of evaluations for project control

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration, or alternatively a completed commercial / technical vocational training with further qualification (e.g. state-certified technician or technical business administrator) and subject-specific additional qualification
• Extensive professional experience in the aerospace industry, project management, contract management, finance and customer support
• More than one year of experience in production planning, controlling and maintenance
• Experience in commercial / technical quotation preparation is required; knowledge of helicopters H135 and H145 as well as experience in project controlling is desirable
• Advanced expertise in MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent German and English skills (minimum C1)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel required
