Tasks

• Maintenance and administration of SASPF data in the aircraft documentation as well as creation of data sheets
• Updating of life cycle files as well as documentation of inspections and maintenance records in the SASPF system
• Responsibility for the construction status of the helicopter as well as maintenance of operating data and equipment in SASPF
• Preparation of SASPF data for ground run, flight and delivery approvals
• Creation, Archiving and management of L-files and ensuring compliance with aviation documentation requirements
• Support with the formal handover of the helicopter to customers and authorities
• Instruction of employees with inspection tasks and contact person for customers with technical queries
• Creation and maintenance of the HC logbook including updates when taking over or handing over the helicopter

Qualification

• Completed training as an aircraft mechanic, technician or business administrator (at least at technician level) and completed B1 licence or D licence
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, IT/information systems, aerospace, quality management, technical documentation
• Sound knowledge of inspection and quality processes
• Basic knowledge of military maintenance procedures, processes and documentation
• In-depth user knowledge of MS Office, initial expertise in SAP and MS Access as well as experience with SASPF
• Business fluent in German (at least C1 level) and English (at least B2 level). C1 level) and proficient in English (min. B2 level)
• Unrestricted work permit for the EU required
