The gross annual salary is between €50,500 and a maximum of €52,600, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Monitoring initial sample production at suppliers in accordance with EN9102 and carrying out process approval for series production
  • Responsibility for processing and escalating quality deviations in initial sample production, both internally and externally
  • Ensuring compliance with all product-related quality requirements and aviation regulations
  • Working closely with suppliers to solve quality-related problems and ensure compliance with standards
  • Analyzing and evaluating quality data on supplier performance
  • Creating evaluations and reports to assess initial sample quality and supplier performance
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes
  • Documentation and follow-up of quality-relevant measures along the supply chain

Qualification

  • Completed studies in the field of aerospace, industrial engineering, economics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in supplier management, quality management and the aerospace industry
  • Sound knowledge of supplier quality as well as total quality management and change management methods
  • Good knowledge of the EN9100 and EN9102 standards is an advantage
  • Experience in working with international suppliers to ensure aviation-specific quality requirements
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially with detailed functions, as well as in-depth application experience in SAP
  • Business fluent in German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
  • Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU
