We are looking for a Quality Conformance Manager in the Structure Assembly A330 department for our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. Tasks

Monitoring quality-related processes in the structural assembly of the Airbus A330
Defining and analyzing KPIs and digitizing them in Skywise
Advising and supporting the Design Office in complying with quality specifications
Applying relevant quality methods such as APQP, DFMA, and PPS
Coordinating quality measures, including root cause analyses, problem-solving processes, and continuous improvement projects

Qualification

Degree in aircraft construction, engineering, or a comparable technical field
Several years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, structural assembly, structural mechanics at Airbus Operations, as well as in process improvement and project management
Confident use of Google Workspace
Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
