Tasks

Analysis of technical quality issues and evaluation of reported deviations in the manufacturing process
Conducting quality inspections, final checks and certifications according to defined standards
Approval of components and construction deviation management during aircraft assembly
Processing non-conformities, including deadline tracking and documentation
Troubleshooting technical malfunctions in close coordination with production and engineering
Providing technical instruction and support to authorised inspection personnel
Training and familiarising new employees with the inspection area and accepting work samples

Applying structured methods such as PPS (Practical Problem Solving) for root cause analysis

Qualification

Completed training as a technician/specialist in vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, aerospace or aircraft construction
Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, mechanical engineering or aviation production
In-depth user knowledge of SAP; experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
Good knowledge of lean management
Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
Willingness to work in 2 to 3 shifts and in confined spaces

A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
