Quality Engineer Final Inspection & Conformity Assurance (m/f/x)

As the responsible Quality Engineer at our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will ensure that all processes in your area run smoothly and in accordance with the highest standards. You will analyse and solve technical and quality-related challenges quickly and efficiently. By reacting quickly and precisely, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes - always with the aim of fulfilling the highest aviation standards and delivering the best possible quality.

The maximum gross annual salary is €49,500. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Carrying out quality inspections according to defined standards for final inspection, conformity, stop points, FAI, functional tests, rework and critical activities and the relevant documentation
  • Investigating and analysing the causes of quality and technical incidents that occur in the workshop area and have an impact on quality costs
  • Ensuring the implementation of containment measures as well as corrective and preventive actions by the responsible departments and multifunctional teams
  • Rapid resolution of quality issues and prevention of foreign body damage to ensure production flow
  • Responsibility for the creation and review of component assemblies and delivery documents
  • Ensuring product configuration, conformity and airworthiness of assemblies
  • Certification of assemblies and preparation of EASA Form-1

Qualification

  • Successfully completed industrial or technical vocational training with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator or technical training
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP, initial knowledge of G-Suite
  • Business fluent in German and advanced knowledge of English
  • Part 66 module training and CS CAT-B1 licence desirable
  • Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a solution-orientated way of working
