Tasks

  • Development and management of a comprehensive quality management system for jigs and tools
  • Conducting quality reviews and planning regular inspection processes
  • Creation and review of technical specifications such as requirements and functional specifications
  • Optimization of measurement models for precise 3D contour analyses
  • Coordination with internal units and close consultation with production, development, and authorities
  • Support with audits and preparation of relevant documents
  • Consulting on quality issues in the context of transfer-of-work projects
  • Analysis and processing of complaints, including sustainable action planning

Qualification

  • Completed technical degree in aircraft construction, aerospace, mechanical engineering, measurement technology, or comparable field
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of jigs & tools and quality management
  • Several years of experience in project management
  • Knowledge of CFRP technologies desirable
  • Very good knowledge of SAP, Catia V5, CCD, ZAMIZ, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
  • Experience with database concepts, Google Workspace, and cloud applications
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each); Spanish is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (approx. once a month)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
