The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualification, between €64,000 and a maximum of €67,500. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

Perform quality inspections, carry out final checks and sign off work packages
Analyze technical quality issues and lead root cause investigations
Monitor processes, products and personnel on the production line
Provide feedback and coaching to operational departments on quality topics
Take an active role in process improvement and inspection optimization
Prevent foreign object damage (FOD) through proactive measures
Document, track and close non-conformities
Provide support on the shopfloor and handle documentation in the office

Qualification

Completed training as aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, materials tester or comparable technical qualification – each with at least master craftsman level
Several years of professional experience in aerospace, quality assurance and structural assembly
Basic knowledge of Lean Management
Advanced experience using SAP and Google Workspace
Fluent German (min. C1) and proficient English skills (min. B2)
Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
