Tasks

• Planning and execution of quality inspections on individual parts, assemblies, and customer components (e.g. visual and geometrical inspections)
• Documentation of inspection processes and deviations in accordance with internal standards
• Selection, operation, and programming of inspection tools, including functionality checks and calibration status
• Communication with specialist departments in case of deviations and rework activities
• Creation and processing of quality notifications including error descriptions and image evidence
• Use and continuous development of inspection programs
• Support in the optimisation of existing inspection procedures

• Compliance with safety-relevant regulations (export control, cleanroom, measurement room)

Qualification

• Completed technical training in a metalworking profession with further qualification as a technician or supervisor
• Long-standing professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, supply chain/logistics, and technical documentation
• Solid experience working in cleanroom environments, measurement labs, and production settings, as well as in the use of inspection equipment and systems
• Current certifications in visual testing and dye penetrant testing (non-destructive testing – VT, PT) are an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office (including advanced functions) and SAP Quality Management module
• Very good German language skills (at least C1), basic English skills (at least A2)

• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
