Tasks

• Analysis of customer data and quality indicators to identify trends and potential risks
• Preparation of communication documents on quality issues for customers, particularly in the A320 program
• Supporting customer communication through structured presentations and briefings
• Ensuring the timely processing of quality-related customer concerns
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to continuously improve customer satisfaction
• Presenting complex issues in a clear and understandable form for management and external partners
  

Qualification

• Completed degree in engineering, economics, or quality-related field
• Extensive experience in customer service, quality management, and aerospace
• Solid experience in creating technical documentation
• Basic knowledge of project management and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
• Experience in creating presentations
• Confident use of Google Meet, knowledge of Skywise is an advantage
• Business fluent English skills (at least C1), basic German skills (at least A2)

• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU and a CV in English are required
