Quality Manager for Aviation Supply Chains (m/f/x)

The gross annual salary is between €73,000 and a maximum of €78,000, depending on qualifications. This position is initially limited until 30 September 2026. Tasks

  • Analysis of quality deviations and identification of error causes at suppliers in the A400M aerostructures division
  • Risk management: Initiating, managing and tracking immediate and corrective measures
  • Performance analyses of suppliers, including evaluation and monitoring
  • Process optimisation and efficiency improvement in the supply chain
  • Project management of quality improvement measures
  • Close interface work with purchasing, logistics and suppliers
  • Reporting along the delivery performance
  • Implementation and tracking of improvement potential

Qualification

  • Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering or supply chain quality
  • Many years of professional experience in supplier management, quality management, supply chain management and engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Business fluent English (at least C1), German skills an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 3-6 times per year)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • CV in English required
