Tasks

• Evaluate, analyse and monitor supplier capacity, capability and performance
• Responsibility for the supplier evaluation process and implementation of tools to support development
• Initiating and managing projects to improve supplier performance
• Establishing long-term development goals including risk management in cooperation with suppliers
• Interface and contact person in cooperation with engineering, purchasing and external suppliers

Qualification

• Completed studies in Supply Chain Quality, a technical field
• Several years of professional experience in supplier management, process improvement, quality management and supply chain quality
• Sound knowledge of risk management, total quality management and problem solving methods
• Experience with Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and ideally with 8-D analyses and Industrial Process Capability Assessment
• Confident in using Google Workspace for data-based analyses and documentation
• Business fluent in German (at least C1 level) and proficient in English
• Unrestricted work permit for the EU required
