Tasks

Contributing to the further development of the Business Management System (BMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS) at Airbus
Active participation in Process Management Teams (PMT) and ensuring the availability of relevant KPIs
Coordinating process implementation in operational areas as well as across various programs
Identifying and analyzing process issues and best practices, including escalation to the PMT when necessary
Supporting risk identification, preparation of risk mitigation plans, and documentation of process performance
Leading small-scale projects in the field of quality management
Creating and publishing process support documentation

Qualification

Completed degree in engineering (e.g. industrial engineering or civil engineering)
Extensive professional experience in quality management, process improvement, process planning, and manufacturing engineering
Strong knowledge of project management and initial experience with continuous improvement processes (CIP) and total quality management
Basic knowledge of Oracle and SQL, confident use of Google Workspace
Fluent German and English skills (at least C1); knowledge of French is an advantage
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (approximately once per quarter)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
