Tasks

Planning and execution of quality inspections on individual parts, assemblies, and customer components (e.g. visual and geometrical inspections)
Documentation of inspection processes and deviations in accordance with internal standards
Selection, operation, and programming of inspection tools, including functionality checks and calibration status
Communication with specialist departments in case of deviations and rework activities
Creation and processing of quality notifications including error descriptions and image evidence
Use and continuous development of inspection programs
Support in the optimisation of existing inspection procedures

Compliance with safety-relevant regulations (export control, cleanroom, measurement room)

Qualification

Completed technical training in a metalworking profession with further qualification as a technician or supervisor
Long-standing professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, supply chain/logistics, and technical documentation
Solid experience working in cleanroom environments, measurement labs, and production settings, as well as in the use of inspection equipment and systems
Current certifications in visual testing and dye penetrant testing (non-destructive testing – VT, PT) are an advantage
Confident use of MS Office (including advanced functions) and SAP Quality Management module
Very good German language skills (at least C1), basic English skills (at least A2)

A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
