For our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, we are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner with a strategic mindset and operational strength to elevate talent acquisition to the next level. Tasks

Advise hiring managers on the development of tailored recruitment strategies
Participate in selection processes and conduct interviews – both in person and digitally
Represent the company at trade fairs, university events and in applicant communications
Create and publish target-group-specific job advertisements
Take part in national and international recruiting projects
Perform active sourcing on relevant platforms and build a strong talent pool
Collaborate closely with departments to optimize time-to-hire and candidate experience
Maintain relationships with universities and external recruiting partners

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration or Economics
Long-standing professional experience in recruiting and operational HR management
Proven experience in advising managers at various hierarchical levels
Confident handling of MS Office, SAP, Workday or comparable HR systems
Business fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
Willingness to travel occasionally
High level of personal responsibility, structured working style and hands-on mentality
