For our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, we are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner with a strategic mindset and operational strength to elevate talent acquisition to the next level. Tasks

  • Advise hiring managers on the development of tailored recruitment strategies
  • Participate in selection processes and conduct interviews – both in person and digitally
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, university events and in applicant communications
  • Create and publish target-group-specific job advertisements
  • Take part in national and international recruiting projects
  • Perform active sourcing on relevant platforms and build a strong talent pool
  • Collaborate closely with departments to optimize time-to-hire and candidate experience
  • Maintain relationships with universities and external recruiting partners

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration or Economics
  • Long-standing professional experience in recruiting and operational HR management
  • Proven experience in advising managers at various hierarchical levels
  • Confident handling of MS Office, SAP, Workday or comparable HR systems
  • Business fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • High level of personal responsibility, structured working style and hands-on mentality
