Tasks

• Management and coordination of the Riveting team to ensure efficient work processes
• Responsibility for shift and deployment planning to ensure optimum staff availability
• Support in personnel management in line with company objectives, including support and motivation of employees
• Carrying out regular performance evaluations and promoting employee development
• Monitoring costs and budget compliance to ensure efficient processes
• Prioritising tasks to achieve production targets and on-time delivery
• Optimising work processes and efficient use of machines and materials to meet quality standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in problem solving and process improvement

Qualification

• Completed technical training with further training as a master craftsman or technician or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and management experience in production, ideally working with CNC-controlled machines
• Sound knowledge of safety, quality and productivity processes within production
• Expertise with IPAC production systems from Brötje Automation desirable
• Experience in working with SAP and in lean management, ideally also knowledge of Cell Fusion
• Good knowledge of English for communication in international teams
• Willingness to work shifts
• Existing work permit for the EU
