Tasks

• Telephone and written support for international customers in the area of sales and order management to ensure a smooth ordering process
• Processing the entire order fulfilment process for standard series devices and new series start-ups, including preparing quotations, maintaining master data and checking customer orders
• Checking and recording customer orders, taking into account delivery conditions, payment terms and material availability
• Requirements planning based on customer orders and forecasts to ensure an efficient supply chain
• Creation of delivery notes and invoices as well as continuous tracking of delivery performance to optimise logistics processes
• Support in the analysis, automation and optimisation of existing processes and systems for greater efficiency
• Interface between customers, logistics, sales and internal departments to quickly resolve escalations and complaints
• Ensuring error-free data maintenance in order management systems such as SAP, CRM or ERP for consistent ordering processes

Qualification

• Completed commercial training with many years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or economics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• Several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk or in customer service
• Experience in international sales or customer service, ideally in the aviation industry and order processing
• Basic knowledge of project management
• In-depth application knowledge of MS Office and SAP, sound experience with SAP/MM-SD and S/4 HANA, ideally with implementation experience
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
