The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualifications, between €82,500 and a maximum of €85,400. Please note that we can only consider candidates who hold a valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa).

Tasks

Leitung von POA (Production Organisation Approval)-Recovery-Projekten mit Fokus auf Abweichungen von Fertigungsvorgaben und technischen Standards
Optimierung des Dokumentenmanagements, insbesondere im Bereich Change Control, inklusive Rollout in alle Werke
Entwicklung und Einführung von Prozessen und Tools, die technische Compliance und Effizienz sicherstellen
Koordination mit lokalen Manufacturing Engineering- und Qualitätsabteilungen, um einheitliche Fertigungsstandards durchzusetzen
Analyse technischer Abläufe zur Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen, auch standortübergreifend
Regelmäßige Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands sowie gelegentlich ins europäische Ausland

Qualification

Degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar technical discipline (minimum: Bachelor’s)
Extensive professional experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, and quality management
Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards (e.g. AIPI, 80-T, ABP) and process management
Initial experience with SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus
Fluent in German and English (both at least C1 level)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
Willingness to travel (approx. once a month within Germany, occasionally within Europe)
