Tasks

  • Processing of metal by manual forming and machining of components
  • Processing and assembly of sub-assemblies made of composite materials
  • Integration of components and systems into metallic structures according to technical specifications
  • Documentation of work processes according to aeronautical standards
  • Optimization and improvement of assembly processes on complex assemblies
  • Allocation and management of materials according to production orders
  • Carrying out a wide range of assembly activities such as riveting, gluing and screwing on sheet metal sub-assemblies (e.g. fire bulkheads, firewalls, firewalls). e.g. fire bulkheads, firewalls)
  • Execution of prototype construction activities to test new assemblies and structures

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, mechanic or in a metalworking profession with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production, aircraft construction and mechanical processing, especially in aviation
  • Good practical experience in sheet metal and sheet metal processing
  • Business fluent German (min. C1) and basic English skills
  • Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU
