Tasks

• Contact person for customers in the area of spare parts supply
• Manage crisis situations to limit negative impact and ensure appropriate margins in accordance with applicable contracts
• Monitor logistical and financial performance metrics (such as delivery performance, order status, core component returns, customer complaints, payments received, sales and quotation success rate) and develop appropriate action plans
• Work closely with sales staff, product support, maintenance, engineering, quality and other relevant departments to optimise customer service
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer management by defining and implementing standards

Qualification

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training with additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman
• Alternatively: Completed studies in aerospace, industrial engineering or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, aerospace and supply chain / logistics
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Proficient in German, French and business fluent in English
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
