For our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, we are currently looking for a dedicated Specialist EHS & Purchasing to join the Procurement Environment, Health & Safety team. Support the global purchasing team in consistently implementing environmental, health, and safety standards – with an analytical eye, strong communication skills, and an international perspective.

The gross annual salary is between €73,000 and a maximum of €75,900, depending on qualifications. If you have already applied to ARTS, we look forward to working with you to find other suitable positions – multiple applications are therefore not necessary.

Tasks

Advising the purchasing department on all matters relating to environment, health, and safety (EHS)
Supporting and coordinating the EHS community in purchasing (e.g., safety ambassador networks)
Maintaining communication with EHS teams in Germany, France, Spain, and the UK
Acting as a point of contact for EHS-related purchasing issues, including knowledge building and transfer
Organizing and implementing awareness-raising measures, workshops, and training courses
Organizing and updating the internal Google site for EHS
Collaborating on or leading projects to strengthen EHS in purchasing

Qualification

Degree in health sciences, law, business administration, commercial law, international management or similar
Initial professional experience in occupational safety and project management as well as experience in purchasing is an advantage
Several years of experience in healthcare and law
Good knowledge of process and risk management
Knowledge of Google Workspace
Business fluent German and English (at least C1) as well as French and Spanish are an advantage
Willingness to travel within Europe (once a month)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
