Tasks

Analyze and identify cost-saving potentials in technically complex procurement projects
Develop and implement case-specific procurement strategies
Select qualified suppliers and negotiate framework and individual contracts
Ensure transparency and control of procurement decisions
Support the optimization and automation of internal processes
Clarify contract-related issues and process purchase orders
Collaborate in cross-functional sourcing teams and take on special assignments

Qualification

Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk or business economist)
OR a relevant degree (e.g., industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on purchasing/SCM)
Several years of experience in purchasing, ideally in aviation or technical fields
Knowledge of scheduling, logistics, and ideally experience with the AMOS system
Knowledge of controlling, commercials, and a strong cost awareness are desirable
Negotiation skills German and English language skills (at least B1 in each)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
