Supplier Performance Management Aviation (m/f/x)

At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, we are looking for you as a Supplier Performance Management Aviation with a focus on the civil and military sectors. In this interface function, you will analyze performance data, derive measures and support their implementation - always with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability. Tasks

Management of performance improvement in the civil and military sector with a focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability
Transversal cooperation with specialist departments - from the operational level to top management
Consolidation and analysis of performance data, identification of causes and development of sustainable solutions
Publication of key figures and anticipation of risks (non-performance)
Initiation and follow-up of action plans to improve performance
Standardization of performance management methods, tools and routines
Participation in the implementation of a new BI and analysis tool and improvement of data quality

Qualification

Completed studies in international management, economics, supply chain management/logistics or comparable
Alternatively, completed commercial training with many years of professional experience and further training
Several years of professional experience in the areas of supply chain/logistics, process improvement and information systems
Experience in data analysis, data visualization and performance management methods
Very good knowledge of SAP
Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 each), knowledge of French is an advantage
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
