Tasks

• Coordinate with team members and A6 programme to develop and document the best data architecture to be implemented in IT tools according to product structure and MRP2 standards
• Define and plan the roadmap in collaboration with all stakeholders to identify levers and barriers to optimise the use of information systems
• Use of technical expertise in SAP and TeamCenter and their interfaces to efficiently map the production processes in the information systems
• Collaboration with Arianegroup IT transformation projects to integrate supply chain requirements into the tools to be developed and implemented
• Coordination of CMS reference maintenance for relevant processes in coordination with other team members
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and change requests to ensure continuous process optimisation
• Participate in the PLM-T project as a key user in the areas of supply chain, production and configuration management to represent business requirements and problem solving

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of supply chain, logistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in configuration management, project management, production and supply chain
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (SAP R/3 and MRPII process)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa) and CV in English required
• Team player with strong communication skills and organisational talent
