Supply Chain Improvement Manager (m/f/x)

As Supply Chain Improvement Manager at our customer Diehl Aerospace GmbH in Nuremberg, you will take responsibility for projects that create real added value with a strategic view and operational excellence. You will analyze, optimize and digitalize — always with the aim of making processes more efficient, leaner and future-proof. Become part of the change and contribute your ideas to a dynamic supply chain world!

The gross annual salary is between €61,200 and a maximum of €64,300, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Planning, management and implementation of optimization projects within the supply chain
  • Development of project goals, milestones and resource plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Risk and opportunity management to proactively overcome project-specific challenges
  • Analysis of process weaknesses and development of sustainable solutions
  • Implementation of new processes, methods and systems to increase the efficiency and digitalization of the supply chain
  • Identification and implementation of best practices for continuous process improvement
  • Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders for successful project implementation

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, a technical degree program, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in aerospace and supply chain management
  • Professional experience in process optimization and project management
  • Sound knowledge of change management, lean management and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
  • Good knowledge of Six Sigma and process modeling
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions in each case)
  • Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
