Supply Chain Manager at Airbus (m/f/x)

Interface between demand and inventory - you ensure that assembly does not come to a standstill.
With a trained eye for supply chains, processes and priorities, as Supply Chain Manager you will keep the Final Assembly Line (FAL) at our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth moving reliably. Through your coordinating role between different departments, you create transparency, avoid bottlenecks and actively support the implementation of efficient material flows. Get every delivery moving - even part-time!

The gross annual salary is max. 50,500 €. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Analyzing and tracking the parts delivery status for the final assembly line (FAL) to ensure material availability
  • Coordination between interface departments such as purchasing, logistics, quality, work preparation and engineering
  • Transparency and prioritization of urgent issues for the FAL, taking into account logistical deadlines and operational processes
  • Support with operational measures to optimize delivery processes and compensate for delays
  • Reconciliation of production requirements between FAL requirements and the requirements in the material requirements planning system (MRP)
  • Coordination of returns due to quality complaints and initiation of necessary measures

Qualification

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk or comparable commercial training with a qualification as a technician or business administrator
  • Initial professional experience in the areas of purchasing, logistics and project management
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent in German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
