Tasks

• Coordination between production, partner companies and customers to ensure punctual deliveries
• Interface between production, ordering, supply chain and quality to ensure efficient processes
• Analysing and optimising work processes for continuous improvement
• Supporting the use of SAP systems for internal teams and subcontractors
• Responsibility for key projects and process optimisation programmes
• Production coordination in the plant including deadline tracking and action control
• Monitoring order status and delivery dates to ensure deadlines are met
• Providing and analysing commercial data such as costs and lead times for enquiries

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, supply chain / logistics or supply chain quality with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator
• Several years of professional experience in production planning and control as well as in the area of supply chain
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
• Team player with experience in cross-functional environments, negotiation skills and strong customer focus
