We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager Logistics Aviation for our client Airbus Operations GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. Tasks

Management and implementation of logistics projects and operational engineering initiatives in warehouse logistics
Transformation of the warehouse management system into a harmonized Airbus standard process
Process optimization for inbound and outbound flows along the entire value chain up to the assembly point
Definition, development, and establishment of new logistics standards and concepts in warehouse management
Functional management of cross-functional project teams in matrix organizations
Coordination and independent management of the “Rate Readiness” mission with a focus on large warehouses and warehouse processes
Ensuring project goals in terms of time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualification

Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain/logistics, supply chain quality, international management or comparable field
Several years of professional experience in IT, project management, supplier management and supply chain/logistics
Very good knowledge of process management, lean management, and change management as well as basic knowledge of KAIZEN
Experience with digitalization topics and Palantir desirable
Confident use of Google Workspace and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
Resume in English required
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
