Supply Chain Manager (m/f/x)

As Supply Chain Manager at our customer KID Systeme GmbH in Buxtehude, you will use your strong communication skills to communicate successfully both nationally and internationally. Tasks

  • Purchasing of materials for the aviation industry and implementation of procurement strategies
  • Independent management of negotiations with national and international suppliers
  • Ensuring order processing and managing order data in the ERP system
  • Analysing delays and prioritising urgencies in coordination with the assembly lines and customer support
  • Managing operational measures to optimise the supply chain
  • Monitoring supply chain performance (incoming goods, transport, dispatch) and resolving conflicts
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to implement preventive and corrective measures
  • Promote reverse logistics and implement inventory control and supplier capacity measures

Qualification

  • Degree in business administration, supply chain/logistics or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling and material procurement, purchasing, process improvement and supply chain management
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement processes (CIP) and risk management
  • Detailed user knowledge of SAP
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Work permit for the European Union available
