Tasks

Coordination and implementation of supply chain control in Facility Management in collaboration with General Procurement
Monitoring and harmonization of supply chain performance as well as execution and alignment of contract reviews
Introduction and further development of the FMRE supply chain strategy, including support for the contractual roadmap
Consolidation and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and support for the FMRE service lines in drafting technical specifications and KPIs
Participation in digital development projects related to supply chain management
Quality assessment in the context of procurement processes (Call for Tender)

Development of guidelines and delivery of training and awareness sessions within the supply chain domain

Qualification

Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration or Logistics / Supply Chain Management
Extensive professional experience in the fields of procurement, supply chain/logistics, and stakeholder management
Basic knowledge of change management and project management
Confident user of Google Workspace
Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
Resume in English is required
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
