Tasks

• Method & process development – development of new logistics methods and standards for process optimization
• Analysis & conProfitability analysestinuous improvement (CIP) – evaluation of the current situation and further development of existing concepts
• Profitability analyses – carrying out cost-benefit analyses for target concepts
• Project management – collaboration and partial management of projects in various phases
• Capacity planning – analyzing capacities and deriving suitable measures
• Risk management – carrying out failure mode and effects analyses (FMEAs) and risk assessments
• Performance optimization – further development of logistics KPIs to measure operational processes
• Digitalization & Industry 4.0 – optimization of logistics processes in the context of digital transformation

Qualification

• Degree in business administration, international management or supply chain/logistics
• Several years of professional experience in logistics and project management
• Advanced expertise with logistics and business processes
• Experience with Google Workspace and initial application knowledge of SAP R/3
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient English (min. B2)
• Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU
