On behalf of our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Quality Engineer for aircraft components at the Bremen site. The gross annual salary is between € 82,500 and a maximum of € 85,400, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

Responsibility for supplier management and interface communication in operational matters
Evaluation and selection of suppliers during the tendering phase
Ensuring on-time delivery, quality and, where applicable, cost performance
Management and documentation of quality approvals and certification processes
Monitoring and support of new product introductions, transfers of work and engineering changes
Analysis of supplier risks and derivation of appropriate mitigation measures
Initiation and management of supplier development projects

Use of digital tools for performance evaluation and process control

Qualification

Completed degree in industrial engineering or a comparable engineering field
Several years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, quality management, and supply chain / logistics
Basic knowledge of process and risk management
Proficient in using Google Workspace
Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
Willingness to travel (max. once per month)
CV in English is required
