Tasks

• Manage the supply chain and quality aspects of the contract, responsible for timely and quality fulfilment
• Escalation function in case of recurring problems, development and implementation of short-term remediation plans
• Ensuring industrial qualification maturity before the series phase and evaluating suppliers during the tendering phase
• Participating in the selection of suppliers and evaluating their capacities, capabilities and performance
• Initiating and managing projects to improve supplier performance, setting long-term development goals
• Ensuring the industrialisation of new product launches (e.g. Zero E) and compliance with Airbus supplier requirements
• Presentation of operational supplier performance in terms of KPIs and assessments in multifunctional / multidisciplinary team meetings
• Close communication and coordination with internal customer sites and act as contact person for suppliers in operational and contractual matters

Qualification

•  Degree in engineering, aerospace, composite materials / composites, supply chain / logistics or supply chain quality
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of supplier management, quality management, project management and supply chain
• Basic knowledge of change management
• Experienced with SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Willingness to travel
• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
• Team player with a structured and results-orientated way of working and strong communication skills
