Supply Chain & Sourcing Specialist (m/f/x)

In the position of Supply Chain & Sourcing Specialist, you will develop and optimise our raw materials strategy, carry out market analyses and manage the entire supply chain. The gross annual salary is max. 54,200 €. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Responsibility for the raw material management of every raw material product and service in the company
  • Development, implementation and optimisation of the raw material strategy to ensure efficient supply
  • Conducting market analyses and identifying global sourcing opportunities to optimise raw material procurement
  • Managing procurement processes and contract management, including requests for quotations (CFT), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
  • Monitoring and improving supplier performance and managing risk to ensure consistent quality and availability
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term supplier relationships and managing value creation projects to sustainably optimise the supply chain

Qualification

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics or economics (minimum Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of experience in scheduling/material procurement and purchasing as well as in raw materials management
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Valid work permit for the EU (no student visa) and CV in English required
  • Team player with a structured way of working and strong communication skills in an international environment
