Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground (m/f/x)

As a Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground at our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will ensure that no time is lost in the event of material bottlenecks on the ground. You coordinate delivery processes in real time, maintain close contact with suppliers and internal partners, and keep the supply chain stable even under pressure. Sounds interesting? The gross annual salary is between € 71,500 and a maximum of € 73,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Manage material flows to solve AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations
  • Communicate with suppliers: place, track and expedite orders
  • Define and negotiate logistical processes to meet urgent needs
  • Monitor supply chain performance and initiate recovery plans
  • Maintain regular communication with internal customers regarding order status

Qualification

  • Completed studies in engineering, supply chain management, logistics or a comparable technical degree program
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling, material procurement, logistics or supply chain
  • Sound knowledge of SAP, experience with Google Workspace an advantage
  • Business fluent in English (at least C1) and basic German; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus
  • Active participation in on-call duty (voluntary)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
  • Curriculum vitae in English required
